Restricting and protecting pages
A page can be marked restricted. This means it can only be seen or modified by members of the restrict group. That group is comprised of lab members. So if you have a document you only want seen internally, mark it restrict.
Protecting a page makes it un-editable by anyone else. In general, this should be used very sparingly, because it is antithetical to the point of the Wiki. However, there may be cases where it is useful.
